Poor Product and Very Poor Customer Service

I bought a mosquito net from this company promising top-quality protection with a 2-year warranty, but it's already torn and ineffective after just 17 months, with visible manufacturing defects. Customer service was an absolute nightmare where multiple calls to the helpline went unanswered or ended in abrupt hang-ups, with no technician showing up despite promised 48-hour service. They underdelivered on every front, from false advertising of "durable mesh" that rips easily to ignoring my service requests for weeks. When a rep finally responded, they shamelessly denied the warranty, blaming "user damage" without any proof or inspection. This poor service and product failure has left me frustrated. So, please avoid this brand at all costs!
