Synapses Neuropsychiatry Clinic is c0-founded by Dr Vikram Singh Panwar, Psychiatrist and Namrata Upadhyay, Clinical Psychologist in December 2020. They share a common passion towards mental health and aim to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals who need help managing their mental health. "We want to create a place where people could go to get the treatment they need without judgement or stigma. We believe mental health is a priority, and it should be treated with the same level of care and respect as physical health." ​ They are also passionate about teaching and supervising budding mental health professionals through Psychology Internships. They also believe in returning what they have received from the community and that's why they conduct free workshops and seminars for schools and corporates on Mental health related topics.
